INSURANCE CLAIMS

Full Re roof encompassing multiple properties was required due to severe fire damage.  These properties had suffered major loss and an insurance claim was filed. 

360 SBS have worked in insurance claims for over 20 years gaining multiple accreditations in the insurance and damage restorations industry along the way, therefore we understand what insurance companies and their loss adjusters want once a claim has been filed. 

We liaised with the insurance companies representatives,, surveyors, engineers and building control. We stripped the entire damaged roof and additional debris on site.  

Structural works were carried out to internal party and gable walls. 

Completing the roof with a traditional cut roof and a clay tile as per previous installation and finished to the insurance companies specifications.
