Landscaping   – The rear garden to this property was surrounded by 3 other gardens. However this particular garden was approx 2ft lower on all three sides than the others it backed up on to. This led to flooding in the rear garden every time it rained.  

Previous attempts at shuring up the neighbours fencing with purple border timbers around the perimeter had failed. 

The neighbouring fencings and shrubbery was continually collapsing into the customers garden.

Therefore following a survey by 360SBS we recommended raising the level of the rear garden to meet the same height as the neighbours. 

Approx 40 tonne of Type 1 Mot was installed, a railway sleeper style border and stepping was introduced. 

New fencing, Sandstone paving was installed and a decorative composite decking installed at lower level. Aco drains and rainwater drainage installed and tied into existing to prevent any further floodings.
